Just excellent from the lovely receptionists to the absolutely kind and amazing Cassie. I am a nervous patient and she’s just so understanding and professional.
Also immaculately clean .

First Appointment
This was my first appointment with Northiam Dental Practice. I was able to park !!!! I was seen on time. The dentist I saw ( Mrs J Mason ) was thorough in her examination of my teeth. I left feeling utterly confident that my teeth were in very good hands !!! I signed up to the Monthly Membership Plan.

As usual, my dentist was professional and confident, offering advice and treatment to resolve the issue I'd attended with. I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by Arjun. I have already has two wisdom teeth removed in other practices but this time it was so much better. Arjun is kind, gentle and exceptionally good at what he does. The procedure was pain free and no problems after. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Prompt service, well organised: Hygienist followed by dental checkup. No waiting in between. Next visit in 3 months already booked. Excellent.
Ditto - well managed. Next 3 month visit booked.
Revisit went well. Both Dental check and Hygienist sessions were well managed and prompt. Nest Hygienist session booked ahead.

Exploration appointment
The dentist I saw was amazing, talked through what the options were, so gentle and kind when completing the work, and I was super impressed that she personally called to check if I was in pain later that day. That is above and beyond and shows the level of care they show their patients. Highly recommend.

Problem with my bottom implant
I was pleased to obtain an early appointment with Jamie and was relieved to learn that an x-ray showed no problems with the implants. Jamie offered good advice on how to deal with the problem of the denture "rocking".
