Filling appointment
Louise on the front desk is a massive asset to Northiam Dentists. Others within the practice, who come along and supposedly 'help' her, could take note on how to deal with patients/customers, from her. And also how to conduct themselves in front of patients too. Keep up the great work Louise, you do a fantastic job.

Northiam Dental is a good value dentist. The pay plan is reasonable and the staff are friendly. Dentist is very good and all work done has been successful.

Extraction
I was due to have a tooth removed and a temporary denture fitted prior to having an implant. This was due to the crown becoming unstable and a split root meaning I could not have a new crown fitted.
However I became very nervous and upset about it all - Rita was so kind and understanding and we decided in the end to leave it a few more weeks when I feel more ready and would also have someone to drive me home.
I am 77 and lost my husband last year and find these procedures so stressful.
All the staff at Northiam Dental were so kind and understanding.

I thought I was mainly going for a checkup on my recently removed tooth but it seemed to be more of a general check.
I rather feel it is a bit of a money-maker for the dentist rather than a personal service.

We follow the NICE guidelines for recall incidence, and many patients benefit from being seen every 6 months. This way we can detect oral diseases such as decay early and therefore can try and save teeth wherever possible.

I am terrified of dentists and hygienists …. After the excuse of covid, I had not been for a check-up for years. On a recommendation, I joined the Practice to save my teeth. Everyone here is wonderful. The Receptionists are kind, reassuring and professional. I saw Arjun as my dentist - again, professional, understanding, patient and kind. I saw Zoe as my hygienist. This was my first appointment with an hygienist as I’ve always been too scared (and my lifetime is long …). Zoe is wonderful. She explained everything - and she works painlessly. (Honestly!)
I SHALL return.
Five stars should be multiplied by a million.
