Went to Northiam Dental practice today to see if I could get a problem fixed. I was offered 2 reasonable solutions which were explained properly and given a fair price. The whole experience was very pleasant as we had a bit of banter which always relaxes me. They are brilliant

I expect no one really likes a visit to the hygienist, but I felt that my teeth were really thoroughly cleaned, the hygienist took her time. to do an excellent job, pleased with the results.

I am having some complex Root Canal work at the surgery with Margarita South, the explanation about the necessary work was very clear. Today was the second appointment and as always I was treated professionally, and in a friendly reassuring way. There was even a follow up evening phone call, checking that all was well.

Hygienist is very thorough and considerate.
I was not aware of any problems with my teeth. The dentist could not find any. However she took two ex rays that cost me £50. I should have queried this at the time but I felt embarrassed. Hygienist excellent.

Thank you for your review, we always appreciate feedback. I am sorry that you would have preferred not to have radiographs taken but felt you couldn't say. I always say to every patient when they are due, and ask if it's ok to take them. If you prefer not to have them at the recommended interval please say. I have a few patients who prefer not to have them and of course I follow their wishes.
