Friendly and approachable

Very good.
Once again Cassie took on board my breathing and worries and used a different method to the one that uses water. She was great. The dentist explained procedures to me as well. I wasn't given the option of whether to have silver or white filling but she was quick and efficient.
The receptionists were friendly and approachable. I did give them a scare by pulling the emergency chord in the toilet by mistake (my sincere apologies). They did come running!! Now I know not to pull the emergency chord to flush the toilet! Mind was elsewhere.
Good standard of cleanliness.

Cannot say enough good things about Northiam Dental. We all have Margarita South and she is just wonderful, especially with our young children. They just love coming to the dentist! We never have a moments worry or bother, all of the staff are a credit. Can’t recommend enough, we wish we had moved to them years ago.

Treatment options were explained

The patience with which the treatment options were explained. Plus the reassurance and guidance as the assessment proceeded. Nothing was rushed, questions were comprehensively answered. A supportive experience from both dentist and dental nurse. Much appreciated.
