Everything you would want

As always the staff were welcoming and the treatments and process were fully explained. This practice is everything you would want and expect from a dentist. Many thanks to Jo and her wonderful team of nurses and reception staff. Thank you.

Full of confidence with the care

Already had four appointments for treatment and expect more to come. I am full of confidence with the care and gentleness given. The explanations of what is being done and why. You know what your costs will be, your complete progressing treatment is fully detailed and printed. No waiting and a very comfortable room with good equipment. The dentist is seconded by competent dental nurses. The receptionists are kind and helpful.
My switching to Northiam Dental has been an extremely good move and I feel fortunate.

Felt at ease

The dentist took time to explain clearly what needed to be done. I felt at ease. Lovely job of fixing my cracked teeth so it doesn’t even show.

I've never had a dentist who has had a time for a chat to really help me look after my teeth. I never felt rushed, that I had to get out for the next patient to come in. He gave the amount of time he needed for me and that is nice in today's busy world

I had a very bad toothache and was seeing by lovely Jo first thing in the morning which I really appreciate. Clinic is always super clean and they offer the latest advanced treatments.
I live an hour away but I would not go anywhere else.

Wonderful care

Thank you as always for the wonderful care taken by the team at Northiam Dental Practice. May I make a particular shout-out this visit to Louise, the Locum Dental Hygienist who provided me with such a thorough and professional examination and gave me many notes of things I need to be watching out for. As a result of this exam, she was able to spot the start of some gum disease and gave me such great advice on this especially as to how to stop it from advancing further.
Also thank you to Jo who has been my dentist since 2007 and who always talks through the best options for me to consider as I go forward with my current dental treatment.
But thank you to all the team - the assistants and the fantastic, and always patient, good-humoured, caring front-of-house team who always provide such a wonderful welcome with every telephone call/email enquiry or visit! You are all simply the best!
