When things go wrong, it's good to know that a solution is just a phone call away. My loose dental crown raised the possibility of cancelling an imminent holiday, so I am more than grateful to Northiam Dental Practice, who promptly gave me an appointment and skilfully re-installed the errant crown, thus allowing me to fully enjoy the impending break.

Exceeded expectations
Overall experience was a pleasant one despite needing a filling! They made me feel very calmed and reassured. I haven't felt like this in a long time since visiting a dentist. Had a phobia since childhood. My husband discovered this practice and told me how terrific they were. He, without my knowledge, made me an appointment and after his treatment, it was my turn. I went with trepidation but was treated with respect and understanding. I learned to relax and eventually was given my smile back. They are the kindest most considerate people and I no longer have panic attacks at the mere thought of a visit to the dentist. A massive thank you to Jo Mason and everyone.
