I had an hygienist appointment with Cassie Hayward and for the first time ever the treatment was painless. Cassie was also friendly and put me at ease.

What an amazing dentist i cant thank you enough for making my daughter feel at ease after shaking and being so scared after her last experience at a different dentist. Had so much time an patience for her, the receptionist the dentist an assistant. She came out saying she really liked that dentist such a relief. You really have to be a certain way with children an as much as people might care. They dont know how to interact that way with children.
So thank you. An even though its a distance to travel from bexhill its 💯 worth it for my daughters to feel comfortable in the hands of thoughtful compassionate People.
An also taking the time to explain to me an the best options. Much relief.
Word of advice give up the dummies as soon as possible brush their teeth after apricots raisons during the day limit orange an apple juice. Apparently dummies are the worst culprit though with saliva resting on teeth. She had to have a tooth out an still needs 2 fillings. The tooth out traumatised her. I failed her an put her through this unnecessary trauma. But you live an learn the hard way. Dont do what i did. An Let them have dummies!! Braces too ! When shes older never ending nightmare Domino effect of that terrible mistake. Shes 5 an only just got off dummies a few weeks ago just after her bday.
