My experience
Positives were ability to see me urgently at less than 24 hours notice, welcoming and efficient reception, clarity of diagnosis and treatment plan but Negative was half hour wait.

We aim to see patients on time for their appointments but inevitably sometimes procedures take longer than expected. A calm and friendly atmosphere
As a nervous patient my Dentist managed to make me feel relaxed as I underwent a traumatic procedure, talking me through every step with care and always a calm and friendly atmosphere at your practice that really helps.

Understanding and sympathetic
Your receptionist took time and trouble to find me some paracetamols when I mentioned I had the beginnings of a migraine. I was very grateful as taking the pills early seems to stop the onset of a full attack. This I felt was a very understanding and sympathetic approach to my problem.

New patient examination, fillings and hygiene appointment
I had the full works in one full examination of teeth, gums, X-rays, neck, jaw, mouth examination, which I thought was very thorough, my dentist took his time to explain, what he was doing, and why, which thought was very good, I need a further X-ray, but I need to go to Hawkhust this was arranged on the same day once done will need to discuss my future needs, I was lucky there was a cancellation, I needed two fillings, these were done straight away, in a very professional and efficient manner, I returned in the afternoon to have my teeth deep cleaned, this to was done in the same professional manner, I was very pleased with the results, Thank You.

Fabulous team
The team at Northiam Dental are fabulous. I started off at the clinic a few years ago and it’s the best thing I did! When I attended my first appointment I was so scared of the dentist but now they have made me so comfortable I don’t fear coming for an appointment or treatment. Thank you!
