I was treated kindly
For a new and nervous patient. I was treated kindly and all the staff were very friendly making me feel at ease. The initial exam and plan was very comprehensive.
After 30 years with the same dentist I felt confident to make the change to Northiam Dental Practice as soon as possible.

So welcoming, accommodating
My initial contact with Northiam Dental, on the telephone, was so welcoming, accommodating and professional in every aspect.
The treatment I was enquiring about was very well explained to me and I was assured that every effort would be made to accommodate my needs.
When I showed up in person I was welcomed with politeness and friendliness.
My specific needs for the initial treatment were respected and were accommodated. This meant a lot to me as a very nervous patient.
I will definitely recommend Northiam Dental to others and will personally be returning.
