My experience
The hygienist I visited was very nice, gentle, told me everything she was about to do etc and made me feel completely at ease. I would’ve liked acknowledgment from the receptionist when I entered instead of stood waiting looking at the top of her head. I thought she was a little rude. She was probably busy but acknowledgment would have been nice. But the hygienist and team certainly made up for it.

Crown fitting
I had the first stage of the crown fitting procedure today. The surgery is always clean, airy and welcoming and the receptionists are pleasant and friendly. My dentist Joanne Mason is a highly competent, skilled and a very pleasant person. We are very lucky to have her practice here.

Highly recommend this practice
Very warm, friendly and professional staff. As a very nervous patient I dread a visit to the dentist but today I was instantly put at ease by the friendly reception staff, Dr Fenton and his nurse Emma, a really great team who I will be happy to see again! I would highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommend
Jamie just completed my smile makeover, I had crooked lower teeth and the clear aligners worked brilliantly, easy to wear and did a perfect job of straightening my teeth. The second part of my treatment entailed rebuilding my upper two front teeth which were damaged and had worn down over time. Jamie carried out the procedure painlessly, professionally and they look wonderful! I can highly recommend him and Northiam dental practice.
