Emergency appointment
This was my first visit to Northiam Dental as we have recently moved to the area. I phoned needing an emergency appointment and got one in 4 days time which was fine.
I was very pleased with my treatment firstly in the reception area - receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
In the surgery Jamie and the nurse were kind and efficient. He explained everything to me about my problem and did his best to put me at ease before he started the work (I am a very nervous patient).
He explained why I will need the tooth extracted soon and what it will involve.
I will be joining the practice as a private patient.

Superb implant procedure
Jamie Fenton has just completed my implant procedure at Northiam Dental Practice. It was really accurate, well planned and costed throughout. Each stage was without any pain or problems & Jamie is particularly good at explaining exactly what is going on. He even let me look at the amazing technology that allows implant to be placed into the jaw, it's completely fascinating and worthwhile getting it done. I've got an additional tooth where once I had none. All this just 10 minutes from home!

Such care was taken
This was my first proper appointment with a new Dentist and being a nervous patient I am delighted to tell you that I could not have been happier.
From the lovely receptionist who chatted to me sensing I was anxious, to the best dentist I have ever been to I could not have asked for better treatment.
I would recommend them without any hesitation. Such care was taken. A pain free injection and quick no fuss filling was done in no time. Going back for a crown soon and won’t worry myself next time. A great team !

I felt totally safe
From the second you step into the bright and airy reception you are made to feel welcome. Receptionist was warm and friendly, instantly putting me at my ease. Both Virginia, my hygienist and Lauren, my dental nurse were extremely professional and reassuring, offering advice and instruction on various cleaning techniques. The cleaning itself was very thorough whilst remaining surprisingly gentle. I came away feeling that every member of staff actually cared about their patients and took an immense pride in their work. Above all this I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and adherence to COVID-19 protections. I felt totally safe.
