Hygienist Visit
My hygienist was so kind. I appreciated the fact she was prepared and ready for seeing me first time as a nervous patient - it showed good internal communication between her and the dentist. Normally I can be extremely nervous but she made me feel very at ease and did not use the machine on me. She has, unlike many others, understood my confidence and trust needs to be earned. The less fear and dread I have the more likely I am to come more often. I left her capable hands feeling a bit emotional but more confident to revisit. I cannot say what this means to me so top marks. She was kind, gentle and made me feel she really understood my fear

A very positive experience
Due to negative experiences in the past I have always been anxious visiting the dentist, but not anymore. Both dentist and hygienist put me at my ease - no more anxiety. A very positive experience.

Dental Hygiene Appointment
I found Cassie to be very professional, understanding and gentle. Her calming nature helped soothe my nerves and I almost fell asleep!! My questions always get a good, knowledgeable response.

I always find this practice helpful and caring. Had to have a crown which had fallen off replaced I was seen quickly thanks to reception and it was all sorted in no time at all.
