I used to hate dental visits. But feel at ease here, great treatment, always explains whats going on and possible further treatment.

Emergency consultation and treatment
Having experienced severe dental pain overnight, I rang for an emergency appointment. At the time nothing was available, but the receptionist made me the next available appointment and added me to the cancellation list for the day. Luckily an appointment became available later in the day.
Casia Drake was able then to see me and treat my dental emergency. I feel I have very good treatment as Casia has a good understanding of Diabetes and how this disease affects the teeth.

My experience
I had a very bad experience somewhere else and was really scared.
Amar and the dental nurse were very kind and reassuring. I had to stop a few times to spit as I can panic if I feel something at my throat. They were both very understanding. The nurse always had a hand on my arm which was a comfort. It really helped me keep calm. Amar did a really good job, it was a tough extraction as my tooth had broken down and needed taking out bit by bit. Amar made sure it was without pain. The aftercare instructions were clear ( I am hearing impaired) he repeated them for me to make sure I understood. Amar and the nurse have helped me regain my trust in a dentist. Thank you so much.

Brilliant
I’ve had a phobia of dentists for many years and didn’t go. Now I’ve had to go and my teeth and gums were not good. MSN dental care have been amazing. Although my treatment is on going, my teeth and gums are so very much better. The hygienist was brilliant and the lady I’m seeing at the moment is also brilliant and has helped me so much. I am very grateful for the work and treatment I’ve received. I’ve even started smiling again. Wonderful place.
