Appointment

The appointment was on time.
The hygienist was personable.
It was slightly concerning to hear that at 11.50 the dentist was running 25 minutes behind..this is never a good look.

Dentist was lovely and her assistant!!
I shake like a leaf sat in that chair, the assistant handed me tissues for my tears and kept reassuring me.

Carried out effectively

The treatment was carried out very effectively. The only problem was the time between taking an impression and then fitting the denture. This was originally 11 weeks but reduced to 7 weeks resulting from a cancellation.
