So understanding and efficient

Ten minutes early for the appointment and invited straight in. The dentist was so understanding and efficient and immediately gave comfort to the dental problem that was the subject of this additional and short notice appointment.
The receptionist also gave a good and understanding approach to the matter when I called in to discuss the problem earlier in the week.
All very good.
