Very good professional dentistry and care. However, the obligatory iPad/tablet sign in at Reception required by Rodericks, for some people who are not familiar with such devices, often elderly is not good. The great staff at Reception, often dental nurses filling in, are hard stretched. At local GP practice, receptionists help such patients to make appts, or register their arrival. Why can’t ‘Rodericks Dental Partners’ relax these strict rules, for the benefit of the patients and staff, and ease the queue of people arriving for their appointment?
