I broke a tooth whilst eating and telephoned for an emergency appointment which I was given for the same day. The problem was dealt with promptly and in a sympathetic manner.

Clean and tidy
Everyone was friendly and the dentist was clean and tidy. Alistair and his assistant are great at what they do as well as making you feel relaxed.

The staff are always wonderful
Nothing “stands out”, as you suggest, because the staff are always wonderful at greeting and dealing with customers. All the staff put one at ease.
The procedure was fine and the Dentist explained, beforehand, what was going to happen.
MDC is the best Practice I have ever been to. It is why I travel a long way to get there.

Put at ease and reassured
Quick and efficient. The practice is always spotlessly clean. Everyone on reception is always so friendly and helpful. My dentist is so kind and gentle, especially as someone who is quite nervous, I am always put at ease and reassured. Overall I feel very lucky with the way things are at the moment that I have such a great dental surgery.
