Another excellent appointment

Huge filling dropped out a back tooth one Saturday morning but no pain so I left a message for an emergency appointment ASAP. As soon as the practice opened on the following Monday, I was given one that day. Entering the surgery, they asked about my health as per normal and I mentioned having painful problems with my jaw joint to which Alistair went out of his way to examine that area and asked questions/made notes, mentioning after the filling was replaced that if it reoccurred to make sure to inform him. I see that as a very professional attitude and why I have continued to use this practice since 1966.

I came for a hygienist appointment today.
The dentist is not my favourite place to visit, but, my experiences have always been good here.

All staff were helpful and friendly. The hygienist appeared knowledgeable, gave good advice and made me feel very at ease.

Midsomer Dental Care

Clearly there was a shortage of staff, no dentist, but I was there for hygienist treatment which was excellent and the hygienist was training another.
