My experience

Dentists had a quick look through my mouth. Did not even do any cleaning at all and the charge was £25. I have been a client for many years. All she needed to do was check my records and she would have been able to see my history on the computer. Didn’t understand why I went all that way paid fuel and had a quick run through to be charged £25. Not value for money.

Explains really thoroughly

Love the local practice, the professional staff and my dentist is also very professional and explains treatment options and after care really thoroughly. I would not want to leave the practice.

All staff are very friendly.
Lovely little practice and very clean and tidy. Never had any problems getting an appointment. 5 star service.

My experience

Never seen on time which is always inconvenient. 30 mins late today for a 9:30 appointment.
On the plus side, reception staff always polite, friendly and professional as of course are the dental team.
