Well, when I walked in, there was a warm welcome. I was asked to sit in the reception area that I’ve got taken upstairs and talk to you very nice lady. I attend it quite hard to understand her but she’s very nice. She told me what was gonna happen. So very grateful for her, and thank you very much to the dental practice

Had a filling drop out . Contacted the surgery -no appointments were available but put me on the cancellation list. A few days later I received a call and attended later that same day when the filling was replaced efficiently & painlessly. Very happy with the service.

As a person with massive dentist fear, I couldn’t have been more looked after. A filling took 15mins with a lovely hygienist and then a dentist had a look at my broken tooth and advised my next stage of treatment. My nervous were put at ease by the kindness and friendliness of the practice and asking for a cup of water was no problem for the receptionist.
