My experience
Over 30 minutes late going in for hygiene clean, no apologies for the wait. All to have appointment changed for a check up which wasn’t needed as had one not long ago and have one booked for 6 months time
Still made to pay nearly £30 fee
Asked several times for front tooth to be polished as stained and it’s not getting done
Asked to change dentist before next check up in 6 months couldn’t help with that either
Overall not a great experience for a place I’ve been coming to over 30 years

Exceptionally courteous
The receptionist greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me at ease. I appreciated that my appointment started almost right on schedule, which helped maintain a smooth flow for my visit. The dentist was exceptionally courteous and took the time to explain each step of the treatment process in detail, ensuring I understood everything. I never felt hurried at any point during the appointment, which allowed me to relax and feel comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Wonderful experience. Shuo-Fan was so kind & helpful, I’m on chemotherapy so has put together a good plan to help deal with my dental issues that won’t compromise my treatment at all. All staff here are really great, lovely & most importantly to me, patient. I’m so glad I’ve decided to register with this practice

Friendly, professional
The visit was on time, Alistair and his assistant were friendly whilst remaining totally professional, the clinic and equipment appeared spotless the treatment was carried out with every step of the way being fully explained. In all a very satisfactory experience
