Everything was explained to me

I was running a little late, they were so kind to still see me. Receptionist was polite & friendly. Everything was explained to me, I felt very relaxed.

Brilliant practice, rang a couple of days ago and my son went today as he had a few issues. Kasia the dentist was kind and professional (as she has been the last couple of times my children have been) and also removed his troublesome wobbly tooth. I also attend here and have done for many years with no complaints.

My experience

The new nhs dentist was very nice, gentle and thorough. Such a pity she was a locum and may not stay at the practice. I couldn't even book my next appointment because they don't know if there will be a dentist available.

My experience

The dental examination was good, better than I would have imagined. But my problem is getting to the surgery from the car park. It is that road!
When I try to cross a vehicle comes and I get a ‘Panic attack’ right in the middle of the road! This morning a very kind lady came to my aid, even though I had an escort! On my way back, the nurse came with us! She needs a lollipop as she says that she often helps people over the road!
