My dentist was very nice

My appointment was only 4 mins late and my dentist was very nice and answered my queries and gave me advice. My next appointment was offered in the timescale requested by my dentist.

Midsomer Dental Care

Extremely efficient service and good reminder system. Also good to see forms moving to digital.
I would like to see some sort of improvement with regards to texts from national level. I imagine it puts additional pressure on your phone lines and staff to have to reclarify things. For example I had a scheduled appointment for awhile but I still get texts saying I’m overdue. It would help both patients and your staff if the system was either more joined up or this was given as feedback to head office. It can be confusing for older people or patients with special needs if they are confused about if they need to book or not. Also it will save your phone lines getting blocked up every time a text goes out from head office.

Midsomer Dental Care

Went back to dentist Thursday morning as I thought I had a cracked tooth but it was filling out, going to have tooth removed. If I have it filled again it might not take. She was very good as it was only 2 weeks ago I had treatment, she has reopened that plan so I do not have to pay, very kind of her
