Made me feel welcome

I was seen really quickly. Everyone in the surgery are friendly & efficient. My dentist (Portuguese lady ) was super nice. Very informative & made me feel welcome and not rushed at all. Overall I would definitely recommend 10/10

Very understanding and clear

Very nice dentist, very understanding and clear about care required. Could be a little softer as my mouth still hurts 8 hours after my appointment from being descaled due to gingivitis

Always honest about treatment options

As always, receptionists helpful, pleasant greeting. I respect Alistair as an excellent dentist, but I always feel I am back meeting an old friend! He is always honest about treatment options and helpful if I have to make decisions.
Alistair's dental nurse is very friendly and caring.
