A great NHS practice
I see Alastair and his dental nurse colleague. They’re both excellent. They always take time to explain what’s happening, discuss x rays and highlight issues to be aware of. Somehow, they always give the impression they’re really relaxed and don’t have a long list of patients that day!
I’ve never enjoyed dental experiences but these appointments are as close as I could get I think!
The reception team are also lovely. Always patient and kind. Even when there are phones ringing and a queue in front of them.
Overall, a great NHS practice. I know my family and I are extremely lucky to be registered with them.

Midsomer Dental Care
I had a check up and X-rays, which didn’t go to well, ended up that night with a massive toothache, returned to speak to the practice manager, not to complain but to talk about it, got a call that day to come back to see the dentist again, went through various options, still not quite right but really happy with the way I was treated.

Excellent emergency appointment
Staff very friendly - I was able to get an emergency appointment. Dentist was excellent as was the dental nurse and they explained everything thoroughly.

Very friendly staff. The dentist is lovely and put up with my nervous state. Just glad I have a local dentist which can provide me with a NHS treatment. Would recommend Midsomer Norton Dental Care
