Checkup with a smile
This was an annual checkup with no problems. Parking was easy with marked spaces available across the road. The reception staff were friendly and I was on time with my appointment. I was greeted by a friendly and happy dentist who asked about my health and teeth before proceeding with the examination. This was quick and painless. No stabbing of gums. I was advised how to improve gum and teeth cleaning. All very easy and happy staff!

Disappointed to have my original appointment cancelled, but these things happen. To their credit the rescheduling was done quickly and at a convenient time which, considering how things are these days, was pretty impressive.

Dental treatment
Dionne was extremely helpful, she listened to my recent concerns and explained her strategy and following diagnosis to me clearly. I only wish she was remaining at the Midsomer Norton practice as she would be a huge asset to the staffing. I am very grateful for her help today. Thank you.
