Great service

I had severe pain as a result of infection in two teeth under a bridge. I called the practice for an emergency appointment. The service was great. The receptionist called me back ten minutes later to confirm an appointment within the next hour. The dentist Kashia was very professional, and also very understanding. I need two extractions which were done very efficiently and whilst under anesthtic Kasia also repaired two broken fillings. All in all I was very pleased with the expert treatment I was given and it was so good to leave the dentist that day pain free and with the certain knowledge that an expert job had been done.

Good treatment with consideration

Good treatment with consideration and explanation of the issue to be resolved. No push to offer unnecessary treatment. Had to wait over three weeks to get a slot and wait at surgery on the day of treatment.

The Appointment was fine, everything was good. But at home, when I tried to log on to my account using my mobile phone number, your system didn't recognise it or didn't think it was a proper mobile number. So I could not continue.
