The dentist and all staff were very friendly and courteous, which is particularly important when I am bringing two young children for their check ups also.
There was only a slight delay to our scheduled appointment time. I did feel that follow up advice or options aren’t given the time perhaps required. The check up itself seemed thorough (although a shame no longer get a teeth clean/polish as on previous check ups), however, the dentist suggested Invisalign to me and quickly gave a brief overview of cost and timeframes but as it was so brief I felt I was encouraged to dismiss it. I would have been grateful for some information, or a follow up email, to help me make a decision.
I tried to book a hygienist appointment but no appointments until January. When I last attempted an appointment I had it cancelled fairly last minute and no alternative offered. The practice seems very good at check ups but anything in addition requires improvement.
