My appointment was cancelled and I received a text message to reschedule using an online booking system, I found this easy and most helpful, my appointment was straight forward and all staff were helpful and friendly, the environment was clean and fresh and welcoming.

A great dentist who put my mind at ease

I had to have some fillings and felt so anxious beforehand. Kasia is a great dentist and was really reassuring and considerate throughout the the process. She explained what she would be doing and worked efficiently.

Amazing customer service

I called the surgery at 9 am Monday morning because I had a cracked filling. I was told I could be seen as an emergency at 10 am!
At 11am I was leaving the surgery with a brand new filling and a contented heart, Dr Alistair was kind, thorough and extremely efficient!
Was I lucky? I certainly was! Thank you Midsomer Dental you are certainly an efficient role model practice!
