Helpful and polite

I was on a cancellation list and was phoned by the surgery with an appointment. I was very happy with this. The service was excellent and the staff were helpful and polite.

Wonderful Hygienist Appointment

The dentist I saw for a hygienist app was absolutely wonderful. He was as gentle as he could be and really listened to my concerns and gave me v good advice. It felt like a very different experience to my usual (but very nice) dentist. I had plaque build up which I voiced to my usual NHS dentist, but she had said it was fine and nothing to worry about. It clearly was something to worry about, so I will be going to regular private hygienist apps from now on, as a result of the care and service I got from this private dental app.
