Recent appointment
When I arrived I had already completed the questionnaires sent to me by sms from the dentist.
I was asked to wait until another client was done with an ipad to register my arrival. It took a long time and eventually the receptionist came with another ipad to me. I could then start registering my arrival by the time I was called in for my appointment.
More information came up for me to fill in on the ipad, of which the dentist would have already, and I was told then it was not required.
I hope the receptionists eventually will get a good procedure in place for when clients arrive, and it would be good if the practice can save the completed questionnaires for future appointments.
