I always feel well taken care of
I had another great experience at this dentist. The wait time was super fast—no long delays, which I really appreciate. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Dr. Pavlos is always so friendly and lovely—he takes the time to make you feel comfortable and explains everything clearly. I always feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend!

Professional and efficient
Never have a problem at Bulwell House Dental Practice. The staff are all professional and efficient. I know most people don't like a dentists visit but stall at Bulwell House make it an ok experience.

My experience
I've mentioned clearly I want a composite bonding consultation, went today, was very disappointed, been seen for an exam and the dentist told me I need a deep clean which I have to pay for and told her I've already had a deep clean. She also told me I have to re-book another appointment for my composite bonding which was meant to be today. I wanted to get another appointment as soon as possible, but got one on the day I am working. They couldn't give me another appointment tomorrow, when I booked my appointment I did mention clearly I wanted a composite bonding consultation. It's not professional at all.
