My experience
I was in the chair half a minute for a very scant check up. I was supposed to have a clean and scale, but was told to come back for that. Not very thorough at all!

Always makes me feel welcome and comfortable when I am in the reception.
Dentist explains everything about the health of gums and teeth, and what he advises he should do, or I should do to keep or improve their condition.
