The dentists and receptionist working here are so kind and patient. I’m someone who has medical and needle anxiety, and they respected my worries and answered all questions no matter how silly as well as allowing me to take my time during the actual procedures.

Excellent dentist, got me in quick with a snapped tooth, I was dreading it as don’t like dentist and needles but the lady did it without a needle and reassured me, so I was very happy indeed.

Inspection of a spalling crown
I am very happy with the timely response of Bullwell House Dental Practice, to my request to examine a crown which had sustained damage due to the spalling of the rear medial surface. The dentist, Pavlos, clearly explained the options and costs, which left me able to make an informed choice of its replacement.

Very poor service
I paid for oral hygiene which was supposed to be a 20 minutes session. The session lasted exactly 8 mins. The technician just said “okay done, bye”. I’d have no problem at all if they were thorough but they weren’t. I left the place almost exactly as I came in. My teeth don’t feel clean and look not to have been cleaned at all.

Amazing practice
Everyone is very professional. From the receptionist to the to the dentist. Dr Pavlos is amazing. I trust him fully. He takes his time to explain everything. I don't really like going to the dentist but I trust him fully.

Amazing standard of care
I can’t emphasise enough the amazing standard of care within the dental practice. All of the staff are very friendly and are patient and reassuring which makes me feel much better about going to the dentist. I haven’t been to a dental practice like this one, where I don’t feel scared and anxious about going and that’s down to the staff there.
