1st time appointment at Bulwell Dental Practice and I must say I was very impressed. The receptionist staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The dentist I saw made me feel very relaxed about the whole thing (I'm a bit fearful of dentists) but I didn't need to worry. The whole process was excellent from start to finish & I couldn't be more pleased or less fearful of visiting the dentist again. A* service, thank you.

I only have good things to say about my recent visit. Lovely lady on reception was kind, professional and pleasant. Same goes for the Dental Nurse who took me through, and the Dentist himself.

First visit to this practice
Although I was apprehensive about visiting the dentist. I was put more at ease by the way all the staff treated me. Friendly reception staff and dental nurse. And the dentist explained everything he was doing during my check-up and what further treatment I needed to have done. All in all a good experience.

Confident that I am receiving excellent treatment
I am impressed with the dentist I visit at Bulwell House Dental Practice. I have been given excellent advice on how to care for my teeth in between check ups and It has not hurt me when my teeth were given a clean and polish as it most often has in past visits to a dentist. The staff are friendly and courteous. After my last visit I found out the dentist I highly value will be on MAT leave and I was told that I I would receive an appointment for my next check up in a years time. I have the option of calling, of course, if needed before that time is up. I feel lucky to be a part of the practice. Long may it continue to attract excellent Dentists like the one I currently see. I believe teeth/mouth health are a vital part of overall health, some illnesses can be caused by poor oral hygiene plus a lack of available dental care. I wish for more Dental practices like the Bulwell House Dental Practice to flourish, may it continue to provide essential dental care to our community.
