Helpful despite website issues
Website still allowing NHS customers to get appointments when none are left, but private still available.
Exasperated reception staff battling to please despite challenges allowed me to attend cancelled NHS appointment as private patient. A bit of a wait, but excellent service once seen.

Lovely dentist
The lady on reception was very nice and welcoming. The dentist was very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring and the dentist assistant was also very nice! As feeling very nervous prior to the appointment the staff here made me feel calm!

This is the BEST dental practice I have ever had. The Reception staff are first rate, welcoming, friendly, professional and polite. My dentist is a gentleman, makes me feel so at ease and have never felt more assured of excellent dental care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have now beening referral to a Specialist's
So I will put my mind at rest when I have my bottom gum looked at. I am hoping that someone can do something to fix my gum to eat with my Denture again. Because all this been getting me down. Because I can't enjoy eating my food. Also it doesn't costs me which I can't afford to have it fix. I do wish I was Referred long time ago. Like 2 Years Ago.
I hope I have some peace of mind in all of this.
