My first 2 years were not great, but the practitioner I was under left. My last 3 years or so have been great, my wife and child also attend are are equally well looked after. My son loves the balloon he gets after his visit.

Very patient with me
Like a lot of people I am incredibly anxious when it comes to going to the dentist. Both Shannon and Jan on reception were so very helpful, lovely to deal with and very friendly. They knew I was very anxious after needing some help after a poor experience elsewhere and really reassured me and put me at ease. I attended my appointment with Yosr and both Yosr and her nurse were so lovely and friendly and very professional. They both were very patient with me and I had the most thorough check up … nothing was missed and everything was covered and checked and they offered great advice where needed. They were both very gentle, kind and understanding. I have to go back for a filling next week and to be honest, I am nowhere near as anxious or nervous as I was because I know I am in safe hands and will be looked after. My trust has been restored and i am very grateful for that. I can’t thank Shannon, Jan, Yosr and her nurse (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name as my mind was in an anxious tizz) and feel in safe hands. You are all a huge credit to the practice.
