I rang to inform them I would be 5 mins late due to living far away. I arrived the 5 minutes late I stated I would. They made me wait 20 minutes to then inform me the dentist can’t see me because I was late and has gone on lunch. But the funny thing is, my mother had an appointment straight after me that she had cancelled 5 minutes before my appointment so the dentist wasn’t on lunch, they just purposely took the piss so they didn’t have to work. Now not only have a got to reschedule I’ve got to now use double my time and petrol to make it to the next appoint. Awful experience.

These folks are absolutely fantastic! I was in need of an extraction and didn't have an NHS dentist. After the 111 service sent me to a different dentist that did nothing for me, Bulwell Dental House helped me out when I really needed it.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great staff, great surgery!

I can’t speak highly enough of Bulwell Dental Practice.
Initially, I was a patient at another practice but when my dentist, doctor Pavlos moved to the Bulwell Practice, I moved with him so to speak, I’m so grateful to continue to benefit through his expertise.
I have always received first-class treatment from the practice and I include all staff in that statement.
My latest treatment was just yesterday, after experiencing painful gum I contacted Bulwell, the receptionist consulted Dr Pavlos and she phoned me back with a very swift appointment, in fact from my initial call to being diagnosed with an infection and having the tooth extracted took under three hours. The level of care that Dr Pavlos and his team offer is nothing short of first-class.
Dr Pavlos is a lovely man, a true gentleman, very caring and on top of his profession, incidentally whilst in the reception room before my treatment I spoke to another patient who told me that his dentist is a young lady who, like a doctor Pavlos, is excellent and so polite, very reassuring.
If our other services were only half as good as this we’d be in a much better position.

Been going there for years but today I had a new female dentist and she was absolutely fantastic. My teeth aren't the best but she never made my experience bad even though other dentist have made me feel abit bad over my teeth 😬 ..it was a breath of fresh air to have a young dentist with a careing side ..really happy 😊
