To say I was a nervous patient was an understatement. But Sarah and her nurse were lovely and Sarah soon put me at ease before she started my checkup
The reception staff were lovely too. Really happy to have found this excellent practice 😀

So kind and professional throughout
I had a lovely experience at the practice today. My appointment was 5:05 pm. The receptionist were friendly and so was my dentist. She was new to the practice but was so kind and professional throughout the appointment. You can tell she enjoys what she does. A great example of excellent customer Service. I wish her well. Well done.
