I am greeted with a lovely smile, that makes an impact for the rest of my experience with the practice.
I have had a tooth out today, never something to look forward to. My dentist was thoughtful and considerate, putting on restful, calming music. He answered all my questions, reassuring me. Very professional.

Re-fitted the bridge
My Maryland bridge fell out at the weekend. I rang the Surgery on Monday morning and left a message. Surgery rang me back and appointment made on the following day at 8.45. Ash, my Dentist re-fitted the bridge so now I am smiling again. Thanks Ash.

Actual appointment experience was pretty good - only around 5 mins delay, dentist and assistant were friendly. Check-in was quick using a tablet. Good reminders over email and text in lead up to appointment. Dentist was a little rough on my gums which were already sensitive but nothing crazy. Lost a star because I had two appointments cancelled by the surgery for no clear reason and when I asked what was going on I was told they had essentially had too large an influx of new patients. Did get seen eventually though, months later, third time lucky.
