The dentist was very polite and respectful. Soheil is always very nice. I don't like the new log in service on arrival. I think it is unnecessary. It was better to check in with the receptionist. I also don't like the constant reminders about my appointment. I've probably had about six. Also telling me that I have two tasks to complete before my appointment. It's like being treated like a schoolchild. I also asked to opt out of the constant texts about teeth whitening etc. The reception staff are very nice despite the fact that they are always very busy.

Disgusting getting rid of nhs patients that have been here since the door opened making them go private then taking on new nhs patients. I think its disrespectful.
