Chilwell Dental Practice
I always had a fear of the dentist and since moving here and seeing Vanessa she has been amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I since enquired about whitening something that I would never have done previously and the process right from the start has been great. All the team there are very welcoming and lovely. Especially Vanessa, Rachel and Kasia- who I saw. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear of the dentist.

An excellent patient experience
I was kept informed throughout so that I understood the treatment and what the dentist and I each needed to do at each step, including aftercare. I felt no pain. An excellent patient experience. Thank you.

So kind and gentle
I had a broken filling and there was a slot available straight away. Vanessa fixed the filling and did my Jan check up as well. She was so kind and gentle as were the other staff. Thank you!

What a fantastic practice
Rocky has been amazing throughout, he listened advised and the end result was fantastic! I’m so pleased! I was made to feel at ease the whole time! All of the staff were so lovely too especially the reception staff! What a fantastic practice who work hard to listen to their clients needs! Thank you for everything.

Thanks Tim for leaving this feedback, I just wanted to clarify that our front door has been open for a month now to allow our patients to enter and allow patients who haven't got phones to have access to the practice. We are also conscious that the weather has turned really cold and we think its not acceptable to leave patients standing outside. We are still following guidance and asking everyone to wear a mask on arrival and ensuring that we keep safe distances between ourselves.
I am sorry that you felt rushed at your appointment, please could you call to tell us more.
