Appsolutly perfect, I wanted to move practices as my original one let me down following covid .Anna was my first point of contact she is amazing. I've only ever come across 1 person as efficient and methodical from the original phone call to the end result , I have had to have a lot of work done each time I left. Pleasant conversations takes interest , as get outside I have the booking in my emails with an ics batch that I can open straight into my calender no more forgetting appointments . I had appointments with Kaisa so friendly puts u totally at ease telling u what's happening with scans and why , and Ash now that's a person that has good sense of humour who worked on my teeth .. explanations all the way and the filling is so smooth. Also Anna makes it comfortable from entering the building its also great the way she is dealing with Covid simple temp check and new face mask where needed and simple hand sanitiser .The team seem like a real family which is amazing to see and hear Thank-you

One point - STOP wasting PPE by forcing patients to wear your face masks, let patients wear their own ! I’ve pointed this out before but it’s being ignored.

Thank you for letting us know of your concerns. We take our patients and staff health very seriously. We follow the best practice recommendations to ensure that whoever enters the building has minimal risk of becoming ill or be a Covid 19 carrier. We offer fresh masks to our patients as this ensures minimal chance that the mask they are using is not contaminated. If, however, a patient wishes to wear their own we respect that decision.
Unfortunately, the pandemic has forced us to use a PPE in a way that may seem wasteful, but please rest assure we are following the best guidance to assure the best care.
We are concerned about the environment as well and we are one of the few practices that offer recycling of electric toothbrushes heads and interproximal brushes in partnership with Phillips.
We look forward to see you again at your next appointment.

First time at the dentist since covid knocked us back. Lot's of online forms to fill out, that I thought was a good idea and were easy to apply. Not sure people without smart phones or the like go on.
On the day the actual process was a little confusing. The online message gives you a bar code so didn't know what to expect. However a sign on the door said knock and wait for attention. I was met by a friendly member of staff who took my details, temperature and gave me a mask before entering.
Whilt waiting other's obviously didn't read instructions and just came in, so that part as said a little confusing.
However, my check up went well the dentist was very helpful and informative. The whole process was over very quickly and I paid for my treatment and booked my next appointment very quickly and efficiently.
So overall now I've been back I was very impressed. Just thought, the initial entry was not as I had expected, but now done not a problem. The staff were very good.
