Vanessa, my dentist, excellent as always. Explains after examination what she sees, pointing out the good & the part of dental concerns that need ongoing monitoring.
As always Vanessa explained that because I haven't had a 'hygienist' appointment/treatment for some time, there is likely to be some sensitivity, initially, getting easier after those first 3 appointments.
This made me feel 'more prepared' as I felt anxious about 'intruments' needed to be used.
The hygienist in turn was very patient, allowed time if I signalled to stop. I had 'some gel' applied to take the edge of any sensitivity, which helped.
So a big grateful 'Thank you'!!
Keep up the good work, I appreciate your care & professional approach, in all that you do!!.

I was made to feel relaxed

As always, friendliness and quality care.
I was made to feel relaxed and aware what was happening all the time. Being nervous both hygienist and dental nurse kept checking I was ok every few minutes. Thank you.

Been to Vanessa again today as I’ve been in agony for days with an infected tooth; not only is she so gentle and kind but explains everything to you and cares so much about your wellbeing. In fact the whole experience at the practise is perfect from start to finish
