Friendly, thorough
I was very happy with the overall experience. Staff was friendly and Ash, the dentist, was very thorough. He also explained very clearly about my dental health and gave clear and to-the-point advice on next steps.

Thoughtful care
Hygienist appointment was excellent, thoughtful care throughout appointment. Answered any questions I had and gave advice on further brushing techniques etc I can do between visits.

Very good
Nothing was too much trouble
From the moment I walked in, the receptionist’s were very friendly and this continued after my appointment. Maria (the dentist) was fantastic at explaining things when I asked questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and she did a very thorough check of my teeth, gums and also my glands. The receptionists were just as friendly and polite on my way out too. All in all a 10/10 experience.

A crown broke off my implant. I was given an emergency appointment with my own dentist within 24 hours and the treatment was excellent.

So patient and kind
My dentist Maria has been absolutely amazing with me as a patient. From my intial assesment to my 1st treatment at the practice, she treated me with dignity and as individual, explaining to me step by step what needed to be done before during and after treatment. She is so patient and kind and very professional. She made me feel at ease with the dental treatment as it can be a bit daunting. I have come out today absolutely 100% happy with treatment and feeling confident in my smile. Her dental nurse was also the same, professional and kind and patient. Thank you.
