I had a scan with the Dental Nurse May this morning. She was very gentle and explained everything very carefully. She showed me through the images afterwards and will be passing them onto my Dentist for her review. Thank you May for your care and patience.

It was my first visit to the practice. The receptionist was polite and professional. I was seen on time by the dentist who was very thorough and clear in his questions and his advice for treatment.

Pros - Haider What an absolute gent. Calming informative freindly and knowledgeable. Exactly what you want.

Cons - The phone system / booking system is abysmal. Waited well over a month for an 'emergency' appointment which got cancelled the day before? Then i had to call to re arrange to be given the same appointment slot 🤔?

I believe this is to do with the automatic booking system. You get a text asking to confirm your coming the day before, you reply yes to that then get a link requesting you complete tasks before your appointment and before you know it you have booked 3 appointments for checkups and hygienists and God knows what else, that then all get cancelled because you are lead to believe your required to do this before your appointment

So confusing and no wonder theres never any appointment slots if everyone's being sent the same tasks ?

Then when you do call up to clarify what's going on the phone lines dreadful like a mobile with no signal? Anyway back to the good bits

I have Not been to a dentist for years after having a bad experience. After braking a tooth and still having an on going problem with a botched repair in the past I decided it was time to try another dentist.

Just had a repair / filling done on my damaged tooth by Haider and straight away its perfect. You can tell he cares about his work, he spent time shaping and smoothing the repair. no rough edges, nothing is annoying me, my bite is perfect. Never have I had a filling that hasnt annoyed me for weeks on end until its worn into shape.
