The Hygienist was sympathetic and caring
The Hygienist was sympathetic to the sensitivity in my front teeth and asked if I would like to have the gums deadened before she started.
She also mentioned that they would look at using one of the rooms downstairs because I struggled with my walking stick going up and down stairs.

My experience
Dentists are Professional But the system is Broken. Too many Dentists but not registering patients through NHS. Even though you are happy to pay NHS rates but they want you to be PRIVATE and punish YOU. NHS cost of treatment £30 whereas PRIVATE cost £150.
How can YOU JUSTIFY IT.!!!! Just CON ordinary working class people.

Very satisfied with my treatment
Was greeted by a friendly receptionist, my appointment received within a few minutes. Check up done successfully and I was soon happily on my way home. 24 hours later I had an appointment with the hygienist which was again done very well, next appointment arranged also.

My experience
I turned up for an appointment which I should have been told was cancelled. Sat in the waiting room for 20 mins before I was told by the dentist. A waste of an hour from my working day.
