I am always happy with my visit to the practice. The staff are always polite and friendly. The dentist is not my favourite place to visit but the staff make me feel better.

My experience
The current hygienists polish is not as good as the previous one. The current hygienist is giving worse plaque scores than the previous one and I am very surprised at that given that my hygiene tools and regime are the same as before.

Amazing Practice
Chilwell Dental Practice are absolutely amazing - Dr Ashraf Eldawi is so kind and great at easing any discomfort you may have around dentists. I've had some bad experiences with dentists as well as a lot of dental work when I was young and as a result have some anxiety around dentists, but I've never felt anything but relaxed and taken care of at Chilwell Dental Practice. Highly recommend!

Im easily one of the most uncomfortable people when I step into a dentist, but Elisa is hands down the best dentist I have ever had in my life, always has time to explain things and is so patient. Root canal treatment today, everything went smoothly.
