Kind and polite
I felt listened to. The Hygienist and her assistant were kind and polite in the way I was treated. The hygienist was gentle as she checked each tooth, knowing how sensitive my teeth were. I did not feel any pain except for a problem that already existed and required the Dentist's intervention.
The Receptionist could see I struggled to come downstairs with my walking stick and asked if I would like my future treatments to be carried out downstairs instead. I agreed and she made a note on my records.

Relaxing experience
