Chilwell Dental Practice
An awful experience. Clumsy, hurt my mouth, painful, didn't do the usual water jet. I told reception this. Never again that hygeinist for me. My mouth feels sore, not clean. £85 for an uncomfortable experience hurts, this is a complaint. Normally a splendid service at Chilwell Dental Practice. Not happy this time.

This morning I rang the practice, as I had broken a tooth yesterday. They managed to fit me in with Vanessa 20 minutes from my phone call. I was in and Vanessa and her dental nurse were quick and efficient, explaining everything needed to be done. Thank you so much for the speedy appointment, and for the excellent treatment I received!!

Emergency appointment
Had to ring for an appointment as my filling had come out leaving a sharp edge on my tooth which was making my mouth very sore, rang for an appointment which I got quite quickly the same day, very helpful and gave advice on what I should do with regards to the soreness of my mouth.

Appointment on time, felt I got a thorough check over, very friendly! From now on only having a check up once a year unless I get a problem in which case I can ring and make an appointment.
